A 51-year-old man, identified as Valdevino Ferreira da Silva Lauar, died after being run over by a motorcyclist performing a wheelie in a city in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
The motorcyclist, who was performing dangerous maneuvers at high speed, lost control of the vehicle at an intersection and struck Valdevino, who was still alive when rescued and taken to the hospital, but did not survive his injuries.
The rider fled the scene without providing assistance and is being sought by the police. The Military Police obtained information about the motorcycle and is looking for the driver. Valdevino, known as Divino, was waked and buried.
